It was a bright sunny day in the City, almost the summer vacation for the schools. A kid aging 8or9 was travelling with his father in bike, as the sun dehydrated the Kid and the father they stopped in a modern air conditioned cool bar. They child was ordering whatever appears to be colorful to his eyes. As the beloved father tried to get the best aerated drink for his kid, and he did so. Almost the kid filled his stomach with the drink and the father also completed his cola.
When they were about to start the child started asking his father some chips or wafer items to eat on the way, as like earlier case the kid pointed his finger to a famous chips which is being advertised by cartoons and famous film stars. As his mission accomplished they both resumed their journey. It was full satisfactory quick break for the father and the Kid.
But think about our childhood days are we eating all those stuffs? Definitely not but we were only having ice creams as a extreme fancy stuff those days that too if the parents permit. It’s not about stopping kids to have such things but the big question is that “Are they healthy for your kid?”. Some say it saves time and satisfies your kid but you are sowing all unhealthy habits.
How many of us care or at least think about providing good foods to our kids? 80% of us will nod our head as no in this case. We all want our kids to be first in studies and to be good at sports but no one cares about their future or health. These days lot of healthy foods are available but we are failing to explore them resulting in malnutrition in kids which creates the platform for forgetting our traditional foods.
Think about this and follow, share this with your friends who has kids and also to your family members who has kids. More importantly keep this in mind as one day or other you also will become a father or mother.
